Zallouh (ferula harmonies, family umbellifeare) was known long time ago as a nervous and sexual stimulant. Its invigorates the body, prevents exhaustion and increases physical and mental capacities. It also prevents early signs of old age. Recent studies confirmed these properties but the showed that the active constituents if it is not properly stored. Thus the aim of studies conducted by experts in PPA was to find methods which can stabilize the active constituents of Zallouh roots in order to present it to the public in a form as effective as the fresh roots.
